《Company introduction》
Kiwada Masaaki Shoten Co., Ltd., located in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is said to be Japan's largest bag production area, is one of the few OEM bag manufacturers in Japan that has an integrated factory production.
We realize rational bag making with craftsmanship and state-of-the-art equipment.
Recognized as a regional brand "Toyooka Kaban" certified company, we produce high-quality bags.
"Toyooka Kaban" is a Toyooka bag that is produced by a company certified by the Hyogo Prefecture Bag Industry Association.
Excellent products that pass the examination are allowed to call themselves "Toyooka Kaban".
Strict standards are set for design, specifications, materials, parts, sewing, etc., and only companies that comply with the manifesto are permitted to manufacture.
In addition, in order to compensate for the disadvantages of sending from a local city, we actively hire excellent designers who live in the city center and produce collaborative products.
《Environmentally friendly initiatives and product examples》
We want to protect the sea, which will be a bounty for children 100 years from now. Kiwada Masaaki Shoten participates in the "Product for the Blue" initiative, and produces bags made from recycled fishing net fabric.
The Nippon Foundation, which promotes the “Umi to Nihon Project: CHANGE FOR THE BLUE,” which aims to build a model for all-Japan efforts to combat marine litter, has formed an inter-company collaboration platform, “ALLIANCE FOR THE BLUE.” As the first initiative, we started an upcycling business for discarded fishing nets.
That is the bag made from recycled fishing nets that Toyooka Kaban is working on.
"Product for the Blue" is one of the initiatives of ALLIANCE FOR THE BLUE, which "recycles discarded fishing net recycled fabric and adds value to it as a product."
*Part of the sales will be donated to ALLIANCE FOR THE BLUE.

SDGs "Initiatives for Sustainable Development Goals"
"Toyooka Kaban®" is a bag made of nylon fabric recycled from discarded fishing nets, in support of the "ALLIANCE FOR THE BLUE" project, ☆Blessing seas for children 100 years from now.
A portion of the profit from bag sales will be donated to ALLIANCE FOR THE BLUE, a general incorporated association, to help protect our precious oceans.
The design is similar to TUTUMU's classic Fly Tote. There are two colors: ocean blue, which is the color of the beautiful coral reefs, and deep blue, which is the image of the quiet deep sea.
